Meet Our Hosts!Jean S Shinners PhD(c), RN, CCRN
Director for Collaborative Learning and Career Enrichment

Jean has 30 years of nursing experience in adult critical care and ED. She has also been a nurse educator and held various management/leadership positions. She is an adjunct faculty member at Barry and Florida Atlantic University. Jean enjoyed being a travel nurse for two years out of her career where she took assignments in Miami, New Orleans, Michigan, and Twin Falls, ID.
Tara Cesca, RN, Regional Sales Director
Tara received her Associate of Science in Nursing from NH Technical Institute, Concord NH. She has over 10 years of nursing experience in Med/Surg, Stepdown and Ambulatory Care specialties. Tara spent three and a half years as a travel nurse and enjoyed assignments in California, Florida and New Hampshire. Before becoming a Regional Sales Director, Tara served as Nurse Liaison/Marketing Coordinator for an Acute Inpatient Rehab Unit.
Carol Tuttas, MSN, RN, CNA-BC, Professional Services Educator
Carol has over seventeen years experience as an RN. She was trained in Ontario, Canada and received her master’s degree in nursing administration at Florida Atlantic University. She is also an ANCC Board Certified Nurse Administrator. Carole has spent the majority of her professional life in nurse management roles and has had the opportunity to hire a multitude of travelers.
