As of July 2004, all Canadian nurses entering the United States on a Trade NAFTA visa will need a VisaScreen Certificate prior to starting their traveling career.
Cross Country TravCorps is ready to help with the VisaScreen Assistance Program.
Here's how it works:
- The VisaScreen Specialist will send you an application package.
- You will fill out the application forms and send them back to Cross Country TravCorps with the appropriate fee.
That's it!
Cross Country TravCorps will take care of these steps for you:
- Processing the VisaScreen application online.
- Sending your license verification forms to your license boards with the appropriate fees.
- Ordering your academic transcripts and having them sent directly to CGFNS.
- Following up with the boards and nursing school.
- Getting updates on your application status and relaying that information to you.
- Using FedEx to insure delivery of your documents to the boards and nursing school for easy tracking and follow up.
All of this means that you will never have to make any calls to CGFNS.
